Dietary Modifications :
Foods to avoid : Kale, spinach, collard greens, Swiss chard, mustard greens, turnip greens, Brussels Sprouts, Broccoli, Nattō. Garlic, Ginger, Onions, Turmeric(Curcumin), Cayenne pepper, Ginkgo Biloba Fatty Fish: Salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring / Fish oil Flaxseeds, Walnuts, Almonds, Sunflower Seeds Cranberries, Grapefruit, Kiwi Green Tea Focus on a balanced and healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Smoking Cessation : If you smoke, quitting several weeks before surgery is highly encouraged. Smoking can hinder healing and increase infection risk.
